What you'll need for your virtual sessions...
  • Stable Internet connection
    You can join our classes using your smartphone or laptop. Please ensure you are connected to a stable data or WiFi connection.
  • Space of at least 7 x 4 feet
    The minimum space where you can put a laptop or smartphone is at a distance of 3-6 feet from you.
  • Minimal equipment (optional)
    It is great if you have an exercise mat, resistance bands and dumbbells. If not, don't let that hold you back. You can use a towel or blanket and your body weight.
